I’m Rafael Medrado, a VFX compositor working at the intersection of image, rhythm, and intent. My focus is on making shots feel seamless — integrating elements, refining details, and shaping the final image so it supports the story without calling attention to itself.

I value composition that feels precise but invisible: clean edges, controlled contrast, solid integration, and decisions that serve the shot instead of overpowering it.

My background is rooted in Nuke, finishing, and visual pipeline work, but I’m also deeply interested in building smarter workflows with ComfyUI, automation, and agentic tools. I care about both the final frame and the process that gets it there.

At the end of the day, my work is about turning raw material into something believable, intentional, and alive.
